23.1.1 Overview

Currently, there are three approaches for the numerical calculation of multiphase flows: the Euler-Lagrange approach (discussed in this section in the separate Theory Guide), the Euler-Euler approach (discussed in this section ), and the Dense Discrete Phase Model which is a hybride Euler-Euler and Euler-Lagrange approach (discussed in this section in the separate Theory Guide).
