The
Acoustic Signals dialog box is used to compute and save the sound pressure signals. See Sections
22.2.5 for details about the items below.
Controls
Options
contains the options available for acoustic signal postprocessing.
Write Acoustic Signals
enables the parameters needed to write the sound pressure data to files.
Read Unsteady Acoustic Source Data Files
enables the parameters needed to compute the sound pressure signals using the source data saved to files.
Active Source Zones
contains source zones you want to include to compute sound. See Section
22.2.2 for details.
Receivers
contains all the receivers for which you can compute sound.
Source Data Files
contains all the source data files that you can use to compute sound.
Load Index File...
opens the
Select File dialog box, in which you can select the index file for your computation.
Write
writes the sound pressure data. This button will appear only when
Write Acoustic Signals is selected under
Options.
Compute/Write
computes and saves the sound pressure data. This button will appear only when
Read Unsteady Acoustic Source Data Files is selected under
Options.
