With the
Views dialog box, you can make various modifications to the view displayed in the active graphics window. See Section
29.5 for details about the items below.
Controls
Views
lists the currently defined views. Clicking on a view name highlights that name and enters it into the
Name field. Double-clicking on a view name restores that view in the active graphics window.
Save Name
specifies the name to use when saving a view.
Actions
contains buttons for performing various actions related to the
Views list and the
Save Name.
Default
restores the "front'' view in the active graphics window.
Auto Scale
modifies the view in the active graphics window by scaling and centering the current scene without changing its orientation.
Previous
allows you to return to previous displays.
Save
stores the view in the active graphics window with the name in the
Save Name box. See Section
29.5.3 for details.
Delete
removes the selected view name from the
Views list.
Be careful not to delete any of the pre-defined views.
Read...
opens the
Select File dialog box (see Section
2.1.6), in which you can specify the name of a view file to be read. See Section
29.5.3 for details.
Write...
opens the
Write Views dialog box, in which you can select the views to be saved to a view file. See Section
29.5.3 for details.
Mirror Planes
displays a list of all symmetry planes in the domain. Mirror images are drawn for all selected symmetry planes. See Section
29.5.4 for details.
Define Plane...
opens the
Mirror Planes dialog box, in which you can define a mirror plane for a non-symmetric domain.
Periodic Repeats
indicates the number of periodic repetitions to be displayed. See Section
29.5.4 for details.
