    Description :

    The SIGNE operator provides the value +1 or -1 according to
 the sign of the VAL2 object.

    Contents :

    VAL2         : number the sign of which is requested (ENTIER or
                   FLOTTANT type)

    VAL1         : result equal to +1 or -1 (ENTIER or FLOTTANT
                   type)

    'ENTIER'   | : key word indicating the type of the VAL1 result 
    'FLOTTANT' |
