    Description :

    The NNOR instruction norms an object so that the greatest value
 equal 1; beforehand, the user might have brought the components P  
 and PI back to their real values.

    The research for the greatest value can be limited to an 
 object subset by giving a list of components to be considered  
 (key word 'AVEC') or to be excluded (key word 'SANS').

   Contents :
    _________

    OBJET1 : object to be normed (SOLUTION, MODE, CHPOINT,
             TABLE type, 'BASE_DE_MODES' subtype)

    LMOTS1 : list of the components to be considered or to be 
             excluded (LISTMOTS type)

    'AVEC' :  key word indicating that only the values associated 
              with the components specified in LMOTS1 are considered
              in the quest for the maximum (option by default)

    'SANS' :  key word indicating that the values associated with 
              the components specified in LMOTS1 are excluded in the
              quest for the maximum
