     The SORET operator creates a conductivity matrix  for peculiar
     diffusion problems 
     
    Contents :
    __________

    MMODE1  :  modeled structure (MMODEL type) only THERMIQUE
               Isotrope or Orthotrope (  same as used to build the
               standard conductivity matrix with CONDUC operator)
               
    MAT1    :   structure physical characteristics
               (MCHAML type, CARACTERISTIQUES subtype)          
    
    CHAM1   :  field of  factor K  see equation below 
                  
    
    CHPO1   :  CHPOINT with one component ( if more the first 
              is used )

    RIG1    :  conductivity matrix 

  Important note  :

      This operator works only for massive 2 and 3D elements
      It builts the matrix associated  to the second term of the RHS
      of the following diffusion  equation (the first beeing handled
      by CONDUC operator) :
      
           J = -D (GRAD C  +  K (GRAD H) C )
           
       J  flux density    
       D  diffusivity            
       C  concentration
       H  potential whose the gradient acts on concentration
       K  field linked to external variable(s) on the domain
