    FCOURANT Procedure
    ------------------

    CHP1 = FCOURANT MAIL1 MOT1 CHP2 (CHP3) (TAB1) ;

    Description :
    ___________

    This procedure computes the scalar streamline function,
    derived from the given divergence free velocity field.
    One must be in 2D or 2D axisymetric mode.

    Contents :
    _________

      MAIL1 : domain on which the velocity is defined (MAILLAGE type)
              The elements of MAIL1 should be of QUAF type.
              (quadratic for fluids).

      MOT1  : Finite element space for the velocity (MOT type)
              Ex : 'QUAF', 'LINE'

      CHP2  : Velocity field (CHPOINT type)

      CHP3  : Dirichlet boundary conditions on the streamline function
              (CHPOINT type, 'SCAL' component name)

      TAB1  : (TABLE type) options for the linear system solver
              (see KRES documentation)
