Troubleshooting
Before sending an error report please make sure
that you have:
Run the setup program from the CD ROM, and have installed all the relevant sections.
If you are using a 'Single User' version, that the CD ROM is in the CD ROM drive.
Entered the supplied Key Code correctly.
Checked the various helper applications and plugins on the SYSTEMS CHECKS page.
Error report
