Whilst you obviously need the assembly and send software and a development kit to program a PICmicro chip, with this PICmicro tutor CD ROM, you can use most of the package with the Vlab (shown on the right) that we have designed for you.

The Vlab is an on-screen PICmicro emulator which allows you to enter programs and execute them on the screen. This is a very flexible simulation tool and you will need to spend a little time becoming familiar with it. We suggest that you satisfy your curiosity now by clicking on the grey Vlab button below. This will start the Vlab with a program ready to run. (Press the 'START' button inside the Vlab to get it going)
