Single User Institution version

This agreement (the Agreement) shall govern the use of this software product, the media in this software product, and any other materials sold with this software product (collectively known as the Package).

In consideration of a license fee you are granted a non-exclusive license to use the Package under the terms of this Agreement.

Terms of use - Single User Institution version
This license is a single user institution license: the Package may be used only within the Institution that has purchased this package. The Package may be used on any computer for which it is designed as long as it is run in only one place at one time.

Where parts of the Package are installed on a computer connected to a Local Area Network, all computers on which the Package is used should be located within a 1 kilometre distance of each other computer where the Package is used. No part of the package may be made available over Wide Area Networks or the internet.

Copyright
All title and copyright in all parts of the Package shall remain the property of Matrix Multimedia Limited (the Company) and its suppliers. The Package and elements of the Package may not be reverse engineered, sold, lent, displayed, hired out, or copied (with the exception that media in the Package maybe copied for student project work or for compiling notes that are not for redistribution in any form). You may not sublicense, assign or sell your right to use the Package and you agree to use your best efforts to ensure that the terms of this Agreement are adhered to.

Term
This Agreement is effective from the date of purchase and will remain in force until terminated by destroying all parts of the Package or breach of any of the terms contained in this Agreement whereupon termination shall be immediate. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England, and any action relating to this Agreement shall be instituted in the courts of Bradford, United Kingdom.

Warranty
The Company warrants that the Package will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. The Company warrants that if the Package fails to substantially conform to the specification given on the Package, and if the non conformity is reported to the Company within 30 days, then the Company or one of its representatives, will either remedy the fault or offer a refund of the license fee paid for the Package upon receipt of proof of purchase.

The Company makes no other warranty, representation, or promise that is not set forth in this Agreement. If any provision of this Agreement is unenforceable then all others shall remain in effect.
