Troubleshooting
Please make sure that you have:

• Run the setup program from the CD ROM, and have installed all the relevant sections.

• Some versions of this product require that the CD ROM is in the CD ROM drive. If you are getting a message asking for the CD, make sure it is in the drive.

• Entered the supplied Key Code correctly.

• Checked the various helper applications and plugins on the SYSTEMS CHECKS page.

• Checked that the files have not been moved or deleted.

• Checked that you are using a mapped network drive if you are using this product over a network.
