After a five years stay in software industry, specializing in technical management of satellite telecommunications, satellite ground segment software, e-learning and telemedicine projects, in june 2004 he joined ENEA (Italian national agency for new technologies, energy and environment) as a researcher. His research interests are now in the fields of wireless sensor networks architectures and protocols, and sensor fusion. He also focus his interests in object oriented software design and biomedical image processing. Since 2005, he is contract professor of Applied Informatics at University of Cassino.
